WORTHING FAMILY / COUNTY COURT / JUSTICE CENTRE

District Judge Ellis

Oct 2019 :

Positive   Negative

  • Very quick. Gives somewhat fair time to both sides testimony and position statements. Sometimes reads case before court. Respects all CAFCASS recommendations even if not in the mother’s favour.

  • Did not understand and confused our case with another or may have just shown prejudice. Refused to correct her errors in judgement after she realised
  • Has never enforced serious breaches (Now just under 400 court breaches) against our children’s welfare nor side for what previous orders in place for our children’s interests
  • Sides with whomever makes the wildest false allegations. Makes victim pay 100% to defend false allegations against me instead of splitting costs.
