As your informed friend, Amina’s aim is to provide tailored support and help you navigate through each stage of your case, ensuring you are equipped with as much transparency of the family court system and the importance of a child centric approach.

She will impart knowledge and experience having achieved a First Class Honours degree in Law in addition to being an accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator.

Amina previously trained as a volunteer to provide practical, procedural and emotional support in the Civil and Family Courts to numerous clients, assisting in the completion of court forms, the organisation of documents before accompanying clients where necessary at court.

Amina has since trained to successfully advise and represent clients often suffering from mental health and/or learning disabilities at ESA Tribunal hearings.

Amina is fully cognisant in communicating with individuals of all ages and ethnicities having additionally engaged with and supported in the delivery of Criminal Law and Justice educational programmes in the North West.
