Louise Neville is a
Master Level Divorce; Breakup Coach / McKenzie Friend and Parent Speaker on the Cafcass
Family Forum. She has 9.5 years personal
experience of the Family Court System. Louise successfully runs Family Court Survival, providing support to
individuals going through the system. Her own
experience highlighted the complete lack of
emotional, practical and strategic support
available, from someone who understands the
process and the trauma involved. This is at the
heart of the support she provides to her clients.
As an active Parent
Speaker on the Cafcass Family Forum, she is committed to
making positive change so that abusive behaviour
is understood by all Family Court Professionals
and not tolerated.
Louise is active in
speaking out for survivors of abuse and was
invited to speak at The Royal Courts of Justice
Annual Debate and was also a keynote speaker at
The Family Justice Council Conference 2023,
hosted by Sir Andrew McFarlane. She works hard to highlight the
issues of trauma in the Family Court and how the system requires a
more trauma-informed approach.
As a McKenzie Friend, Louise Neville:
a) Provides emotional and
practical and strategic support b) Assists with
Court applications and statements c) Specialises in
dealing with a difficult ex, communication and
child contact issues d) Provides support at Court Hearings
