Sussex Bernadette is an experience MKF
within all areas of child arrangements, she has
spent 10 years assisting parents to understand
the process and expectations of the family court
system with the welfare of the child/ren always
at the heart of proceedings.
She has 3 of her own children and personally went
through the family court process alone, since
that point she has devoted her time to learning
anything court related to provide the best
service to clients possible, GDPR,
children’s rights and safeguarding both
children and vulnerable adults.
As well as this, she has
completed level 3 diplomas in mediation and
counselling to help dispute resolutions prior to
the poring of escalation where possible. Due to
having personally been through the system alone
she has a clear understanding how life consuming
proceedings can seem and how important it is to
have someone who understands expectations assist
parents both emotionally and morally.
