About Joe Weston

I have been involved in the legal system from a young age with both parents working within the law.

I have been working in the aviation industry for the last three years and recently have started a law degree I am now doing this full time. I am also a rugby referee and have officiated at the women’s premiership level.

I also have involvement in a charity for children with special educational needs getting them involved in sport and I am aware of the pressure on parents.

I have helped family and friends who are involved in the family court and in civil proceedings. I really enjoy getting to the heart of the problem and finding the best way forward. I have had to do this many times in both my professional and in my personal life. Having to complete the statements and paperwork in a time sensitive matter to a high standard.

I can offer more support, help you in completing paperwork inform you would have a procedure works and suggest what the court might ask and what they are looking for.
